EXCLUSIVE: WOW Presents Plus has acquired the global (excluding Canada) streaming rights for Darcy & Jer: No Refunds and Happily Ever Laughter: The Darcy and Jer Story. The stand-up special and documentary starring social media sensations Darcy and Jer will land on WOW Presents Plus on Feb. 4.

Fans all across the globe fell in love with husbands Darcy Michael and Jer Baer via their social media presence, which highlights their almost sitcom-like dynamic and offers insight into mental health and family life. To commemorate their work cultivating a supportive online community, TikTok honored Darcy and Jer as Visionary Voices in 2024.

After amassing over 6.5 million followers and racking up 50 million views on social media, husbands Darcy and Jer took to the stage together for the first time in 2023. The live stage show, captured in the No Refunds stand-up special, enjoyed a sold-out North American tour that ultimately extended across the pond to the UK and Ireland.

As a teaser for the special's Feb. 4 premiere on WOW Presents Plus, here is an exclusive clip from No Refunds.

Additionally, Happily Ever Laughter: The Darcy and Jer Story goes behind-the-scenes of the No Refunds tour and provides unprecedented insight into the unexpected success of Darcy — a retired stand-up comedian — and Jer — his day-job-having, strait-laced husband. This is Darcy and Jer like you've never seen them before — and not just because the video is horizontal.

The partnership with WOW Presents Plus was a natural fit, as Darcy explained in an exclusive interview with Pop Heist. "We wanted to make sure where it landed was accessible to a market that we wanted to reach, and so that it was available worldwide," said Darcy. The special and doc were filmed for Crave, the Canadian streaming service that also partners with WOW for series like Canada's Drag Race.

Darcy continued: "I was like, 'What about WOW?' And then it was instantly, like, we met with them and we were like, 'This is the vibe. These are the people.'"

"Our audiences overlap quite a bit," added Jer. "So it just kind of felt like the perfect home for it."
